Welcome to Apna Locksmith. By accessing our website or booking our mobile locksmith services in Brampton and the surrounding GTA, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Authorization & Ownership Verification

For safety and security reasons, our locksmiths require proof of ownership or legal tenancy before performing lockout services, lock rekeying, or lock replacement on any property or vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse service if ownership cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

2. Pricing & Service Call Fee

Our standard service call fee is $19.99, which covers the cost of sending a technician to your location. The total cost of the job consists of the service call fee plus labor, parts, and hardware. All final pricing is explained and approved before work begins.

3. Non-Destructive Entry

Our technicians always attempt non-destructive bypass techniques (such as lock picking or lock shimming) first. However, depending on the condition, age, and security grade of the hardware, drilling or other destructive methods may be necessary. We will discuss this with you before altering any hardware.

4. Warranty & Service Guarantee

We provide a 90-day warranty on all locksmith labor and hardware installed by our technicians. This warranty does not cover issues arising from customer misuse, door misalignment, weathering, or third-party alterations.

5. Cancellations

For scheduled services, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. For emergency dispatch, cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched may be subject to a dispatch fee.
