Visiting the Brampton shop
Our shop is at Unit 12, 8550 Torbram Rd, Brampton, and it is open from 7 AM to 11 PM every day. Walk-ins are welcome for ordinary house-key copying, questions, lock assessments and booking planned work, and you can also drop off a lock or hardware for a look. Bring the key you want copied. If you are coming from Vaughan, Caledon or Etobicoke, calling ahead on (289) 406-1500 lets us tell you whether a technician is out on a call.
What to have ready when you call
Tell us the address, the type of door and what has happened: locked out, key broken in the lock, lock damaged or a lock that will not turn. A photo of the door and lock helps. We need to confirm that you are allowed to have the lock opened or changed, so bring photo ID with the address or a lease, or a note from the landlord or property manager.
