Commercial Locksmith in Waterloo: the short version
Property managers and shop owners in Waterloo use us for ordinary jobs done properly: worn cylinders, sticking doors, missing master keys and keypads that have stopped responding.
Tech Park offices, Uptown and Weber Street
Waterloo’s commercial doors include the Waterloo Tech Park area, Uptown storefronts, Weber Street North plazas and University Avenue offices. Startups and offices move often, so rekeying at each new tenancy is standard, and shared suites benefit from keypads or cards instead of keys. Older uptown buildings have original hardware worth repairing. Waterloo is well beyond our everyday runs, so we take commercial work by arrangement and confirm the visit day by phone.
Business premises around Waterloo
Uptown Waterloo shops and tech-area offices are the main commercial jobs. Calls also reach us from Uptown storefronts and the Waterloo Tech Park area, and from smaller shops along Weber Street and University Avenue.

Commercial Locksmith questions for Waterloo
Can you rekey a Waterloo office when a startup moves in?
Yes, as a scheduled job. Tell us how many doors and who has authority, and we book a window and record which keys were issued to whom.
Can you make all my locks work with one key?
Yes. Keyed-alike and master key plans are common for offices and plazas; we can price them per door.
